Watched a "History Channel" program on the "Little Ice Age" which ended with a possible scenario on what might happen if the world is ravaged by Global Warming followed by an Ice Age... when "food & water" are short, not just fuel... everybody may get savage

Biblically speaking, when they (man) say 'Peace and safety!' then sudden destruction comes upon them (1 Thessalonians 5:3).
In other words, man is by nature a hunter and warrior destined to be continually in conflict. First it started with hunting and fighting for family survival, then for the community progressing to nation survival. It's a stark, unpleasant fact of life that while the West's economic survival is dependant in part on resources coming from particularly hostile areas of the world, it's obliged to protect these resources militarily or otherwise. Wish it were different.
A million guns in toyshops, boys playing war in the sandbox in kindergarten, miles of killings explosions and destruction on TV, it's almost normal, I said almost, dog eat dog, is really a misnomer en grande. This is a profound and skillfully written poem my friend!
