I am trying to dredge up, at least good memories of my childhood, so please, bear with me through a few strolls into my background...

Do you suppose the first girl I kissed remembers me,

Do you think that still now as a grown adult,

Where it happened on her front porch, can she still see,

I think we were both only in sixth grade,

It took a whole lot longer for me to get laid…

When young we rode our rafts,

Which gave away to surfboards,

Also used alot what we called skim boards,

We never wore bathing suits, just cut off jeans…

Before cars we also all had our own boats,

Always made them summer folks at us gloat,

It seems though we were pretty happy as kids,

Long before we got into meaner high school & beyond scenes,

From what I can at this time remember of me…

Yes, reminds me of my first boat. What a hoot. Drove boats and planes before I learned to drive a car.Guess I was pretty lucky too. J'nia

Lil'brother, you have solemn entered the age to join the Geriatric Platoon, where memory is very selective, remembering only the good old times, and that's right, because life gave us enough bad turns that all we need now is to remember the goo times...

One Lucky Guy by Paul Lonardo

No More Crying Angels by MORGAN ST. JAMES

TRUE STORY. Bella survived an abusive powerbroker father with organized crime ties, a drug-addicted mother and a physically/sexually abusive brother. Shocking & inspirational. When she couldn't cry, she tattooed a crying angel to cry for her.
