He put us here to learn,

Till the day comes to maybe burn,

He didn’t put us here to of others spurn,

Till that day comes for us to, from this planet, adjourn…

In the interim are we here to judge,

To eat of dark or light fudge,

To not for others budge,

Are we here to forever hold a grudge…?

Daily we seem to of others badly treat,

There are those who STILL wear a sheet,

In this world today, not a hard feat,

Instead we should kneel down & pray at His feet…

Our world full of torture & pain,

Even from those that are of the Lord, or so they claim,

Yes in the end we ALL will be judged,

We will through this life a long way have trudged…

So will we ever change,

Or will we to remain quite deranged,

Fighting betwixt ourselves, our fellow man estranged,

Are we to forever be as regards ourselves shortchanged…?

I hope we stop–those others we badly treat–much rather eat a treat–like that fudge you're talking about.

we will all walk the same path sooner or later whether we take the high road or the low road is determined by the path we walk to get there in life.

ED ... song lyrics come to mind ...

"... in the meantime, in between time, ain't we got fun!"

Life - that thing between the Cradle n' the Grave -
is simply like 'Treadin' Water...'

TK.
