Massive debt, Wars we cannot get out of, Children now-a-days aren’t for life set, Are we all headed down the failure trail, Its, at least to me, a pretty damn good bet… If we all together stand, For one another when does play the band, Bring our boys home so our shores are fully manned, Maybe then we can say to the world, the US will anything withstand… Let US all stand proud, Let our flag in the free wind wave, If we all to our freedom commit, We will never to other countries, Be a financial & business slave… © ed ~ 6/6/11

Although Canadian, I have always admired the Amercan sense of loyalty and devotion to their country and their flag. I know that in both our countries there are a lot of things that need fixing but...only the people can do that by electing the ones who will make sure our children and grandchildren have the kind of place to live that we had as children.
