Poem Artwork

The family resemblance is real,

The nose, the mouth, all of it I feel,

And your eyes, didn’t those from you did I steal,

And we both love a big sloppy meal…

Our tongues even hang alike,

And we both bark at kids on a bike,

We both chase cars, that we do like,

We both tell others we are twins,

Yeah, right, psych…

I just know we are at least related,

Each year I get a barkday present from you,

Though sometimes yes its kind of belated,

And we both like to growl at the animals in the zoo,

Aw, mommy, I know we are from the same litter,

I mean just look at us together, even my eyes are like yours blue…J
