Sometimes I seem to forget who you are or is it actually I that I forget...?

Poem Artwork

I come here to write,

And while I am not too bright,

I enjoy coming to this little site,

While I am awaiting the tunnel light…

Sometimes though I seem to forget,

Who everyone is, though its not quite regret,

I work through it, if of myself I let,

But don’t any of you start to worry, don’t anybody fret…

Did you ever sit at your computer and sigh,

And wonder for the life of you what you’re doing & why,

Do I write for the praise, as I seem to get a great deal,

Or do I want you when you review to lie,

I don’t know, I don’t care, I just like to write, that’s why…

Ed, I like this, and I'm not a poetry kind of guy. It feels like you can read my mind.

I think we all wonder why at times...about so many things in our lifes but finally we reach a way to accept and not question too much..knowing we may not like the true answers.

Yes, I do sit at my computer and wonder what the #!*. I'm doing...giggle...but I do it anyway! When den friends take the time to write reviews ,it feels good, but more than that it connects me to beautiful people I'll never meet....that is unless I win the lottery...then I'll plan a big Den Friends bash! giggle....gotta dream....

Greetings and Welome to Author's Den,
It's always nice to meet a new friend.
And I was most intrigued by your A.D. Bio,
I have a brother named Ed, I think he's in Ohio.

I believe we all write simply because we enjoy it. Getting reviews here in the Den is frosting on the cake and reinforces our hopes that we write what others like to read. Well said, Ed. God bless you, my friend.

I enjoy what you dare and have to say
as for me wondering what I am doing
as I am staring at a blank screen
I haven't had a good "Thai stick" in a long time
That I can't not remember......
Peace Brother
