RATHER GRAPHIC: SSTRICTLY FICTION AS FAR AS I KNOW...

Poem Artwork

He started his pedophilia at a young age,

Though he did not realize that is what it was,

For other boys he did feel an urge,

He kept it to himself, but inside he felt rage…

He liked to be naked with other boys,

Masturbating himself & using toys,

They all thought it was funny & odd,

To others he did like to show off his bod…

As he grew his fever erupted,

By 18 he couldn’t control his predilection,

It tore at his insides and produced strong emotion,

He started to use his skills of persuasion...

Pre & pubescent boys responded most favorably,

They had the most to gain & their virginity to lose,

Started with 11 to 12 year olds, never did he snooze,

In the beginning he used to “catch” them, a ruse,

In the end they came to him in droves…

He progressed to older ones,

13, 14 were the best,

If they had started into manhood,

He liked them less,

He liked his boy’s older, but looking young,

He gave them what they seemed to enjoy,

And he got too what he found to be fun…

He finally got caught & arrested,

Now his mettle would surely be tested,

To jail he went with great haste,

But the experience was NOT a waste,

He came around and understood his feelings,

The rage inside extinguished, his mind was reeling…

He lives somewhere with himself,

A quiet life of tending his garden,

For thirty some years his feelings have not returned,

He did his time, & learned a thing or two,

Prison time, fortunately, did not for him harden,

With keeping to himself, he gives to the world his pardon…

New and revealing

I'm not sure what prompted this, but from what I gather from what you wrote, you have fictionalized the truth here as part of healing and revealing. The story is complicated, requiring you to write a longer piece that normally.

A compelling reveal.

very interesting write Ed
write sort of out of context
for you gracious style
something most don't write about
but should, to keep others informed
of those monster lurking among us
Peace be with you Brother
