...more psycho-babble...

Poem Artwork

My mind is on fire,
While my brain in quicksand is mired,
My life on the precipices edge,
So far my legs are hanging off the ledge…

Drawn to that which I cannot allow,
With my inner strength this I do vow,
No way will I return to my old selfish ways,
I refuse to again get lost in only a self-interested maze…

Fear of the past to come into the light,
This past I do hide, as within it’s a blight,
I don’t think of it I would do, but I might,
I must NEVER of my true self lose sight…

It scares the heck out of me that I feel I can relate to this. Guess that makes two of us psycho babblers fighting inner demons.

I think you've finally found your Niche, Bro - Psycho Babbling.

Call old Cousin Cur on the phone, and Babble Away - I bet he'll love it. And call old Cousin Patrick, too. Just don't call dear old Ma - she hates babbling of any kind.
