Dogs & Cats…

It’s a well-known fact that cats hate dogs,

The fact is even documented in FBI files,

Note the picture attached, it shows where they’re at,

The reason for this hate, no one knows & not talking are the cats,

They are both four legged & leave piles.

Granted cats are a bit more tedious,

With their choice to poop,

But it’s all the same in the end,

Dogs do try, when it’s their time,

They turn and look the other way,

And hope you don’t look, they contend.

Dogs are my choice, as you might already know,

But cats, while they are not my choice can be a part of my show,

But for only a short time as my breathing,

When around they are,

Seems to become considerably slow.

My choice would not be to not be able to blow,

Nor take in a hit,

As my allergies they give me, a fit!

Only cats and cigarettes bother me in such a way,

Both I would rather not be around,

But sometimes I find I can’t avoid both in my day…

 

So in the end, dogs win, paws down…                             {ed}
