Does Anyone Understand Women?

Women...What more can I say!?

“DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND

     WOMEN?”

In my life,

There is this person,

A jealous but loving one,

She lives with her aunt,

And never, it seems, has fun,

Every so often I get a message,

With what can be considered to be an extensive rant.

She tells me how much she loves me,

Of course I knew that prior to her note,

And I don’t want to sound here, like I gloat,

But she does love us both, Rufuz & I,

And we both find we devote,

All our love her way as well.

What she doesn’t realize,

Is certain words spoken in anger, hurt,

I try my best to not speak without thought,

Unlike most men I hear about, sorry guys,

But when I do this I am thought to be dirt, apparently.

But when I just blurt,

I get into trouble all the same,

Is this just a game?

Cause if so, it is just so lame,

If I say what I feel,

In trouble I get,

If I keep it in,

Again, I find I am in trouble.

Does anyone out there understand women?

And if so, what the hell am I doing wrong?

I try to be open, as she says she wants,

But then when I am, I feel like a dunce,

For saying something that I should have kept in…

Damn relationships are very hard,

Perhaps I was better off alone,

With a demeanor that of stone,

To whine and cry all alone,

To live and die just the same…

Sure, I understand yah Ed, Duchess does too. It goes like this with us women. We are moody, Granted LOL, passionate, ( dont be clumsy ) and take at least ten minutes cuddling after LOL, Pat her ass, never tell her she looks fine, ( terrific ) at the least, if she asks you if an outfit makes her look fat, Pretend you have water in your ears, dont commit LOL, always be kind to children, specially her's if she has any, Um are you getting any of this. The word fine means, shes pissed, and Thanks alot does too.
Ty for your honesty and Happy New Year

Ed, my friend. Understanding women is like thinking. It hurts if you do it too hard.

Hi Ed,
I felt this one....
My ex-Husband was that
way...
No matter what I said
or did, it was always
wrong...."In his eyes"
Notice I said ex...

Sometimes relationships
can be so stressful...
Yet, there are relationships that are
beautiful...
Thnk about it Ed...
Perhaps you are in a
wrong relationship.
Love is not suppose to hurt...
Whatever path you choose,
I sincerely wish you luck.

Happy New Year.

Trixie :)

Me either Dani, I don't think many of us understand ourselves, (men or women) or others completely because all humans are so very complex. Good Write, can feel the frustration. Hang in there, and hope it's worth it!

I sure as hell don't an I am one...lol

Being open is a good thing...even if you get a few dishes thrown your way... ;)

I love honest men.
I never think you're better alone......I think loving is such a treasure...I guess the hunt to find the shine.....makes the gold all the better when you find the x.

Don't give up........and give Rufuz a big pat for me. ;)

Happy New Year Ed! Best wishes, Dani

Ed, my good man, I have been married to a moody bitch and yes I do me bitch, for over twenty years. I understand one thing, do what you do and never stop doing it, because it doesn't matter, they will bitch if they are so inclined to do so. You learn to love it!
