comrades of the write…

we are all comrades of the write,

doing always what we feel is right,

when there comes along another that is bright,

we coddle them and cheer them on, & lead them to the light.

we also, as seen today, protect each other, or try as we might,

to make each other happy,

to bring each other towards that same light,

as comrades we help one another,

to find that which is not sappy,

just as that word rhyme herein is…

this is a nice way to be,

to belong to a group that one can find friendship,

to find this particular “ship”,

is to find a way to travel to other lands,

without leaving the back porch,

to hear from others so far away,

to see what they go through day to day…

from way down under, we have friends who are also comrades,

from the great continent of Africa we find others who come to share,

from another area, India, I have received and appreciated comments,

from folks in the united states and Canada I hear so many wonderful things,

we are many, the ones that are rude & crude etc are quite few,

we can triumph over them, so that they can understand the cue,

that we will not take from them this constant abuse,

for we are stronger than they, we are from countries,

that have suffered this type of thing before, we know how to use,

what we have learned, we will forever & never allow this abuse,

to continue, we just flush this vermin from this site,

to send them drowning down the sluice,

                           of inevitable liquid dislike…
