I seldom have a loss for words
Being a glib Irishman over the years.
But for good friends words come easily
In thanking them for their friendship .
Good friends are a delight to have
When you have grown old and can't get out.
Seems that is my lot in life with my trusty cain
As I hobble around not walking very far..
Blessed am I to still put a few words of thanks
To some marvelous people who have stayed by me
Over the past years, as I tried to write some poetry
About what I have experienced in life as it came to me.
Even my trusty dog Toby senses my plight
And stays near me as I sit on my chair
And watch old time movies of when I was young.
Good luck and much happiness to both of you.
Sincerely
George J Carroll
She really touches the heart!
As far as Joe is concerned.
I know way too many, so I would not know where to start.
God Bless,
John Michael
Love ya!

Little did I know this was here, King George...you are the sweetest man.
Bless your lovely heart.. it makes me misty-eyed.
We love you, too, and treasure your friendship, too... my whole family loves you - through me - And your wonderful books of poetry!
And it doesn't hurt that I have your picture framed and placed atop my office bookshelf, situated among other family members!
The LORD bless you with a fresh-pen Anointing.. and along with Ron, may you live long and continue to share your words of wisdom with us.
Sadly, my mother passed away October 07th. THANK YOU for all your prayers for her over the years, King.
Love & BIG Hugs,
Rhonda & Joe
May you live long and continue to write your words of wisdom for us.
Ron
