Parental guidance is more than watching
over children
Guidance carries with it
responsibility
It helps when the young parents are
responsible
Somehow being a parent has become
the satisfier and provider only
but what has happened to
the instructor and the example
Teaching discipline and compliance is
not the purpose of schools
since this bit of educating is that of parents
Electronic gadgets chiefly provide
useless and worthless information
for young people starving for
rules and examples of living
The young do not learn from one another
You know my son calls me every morning on his way to class and I have had some ask why do I allow that? Tell him you are still sleeping.. NEVER will I do that! If my son still thinks talking to Mom is worthwhile then I say nothing.. maybe I did teach him the right things after all...
One of the main maladies for children is parents who aren't there to listen...what kind of parents won't hear their children? There should always be an ear when a child has something to say. It's their birth right too. Thanks William and love,
