My ride will be here in minutes,
but a last look in the mirror shouts
that I have not shaved!
The friend will not wait, so
I decide that today is
the first day of growing a beard.
LOL I remember asking John once why he hadn't shaved and he said that the razor wanted a day off. I snickered and asked why he listened to the razor. His response? Because that razor has the ability to hurt me...LOL LOL And that was the first day of his beard growing period.. which laated about a month..
...and nations were birthed under similiar circumstances...
What fuels the decisions point,of making it just that?
Why today, why any day? It's an amazing human touch...to change our appearances, within, or without, in a moment's notice!
I have just made a decision myself...
"I'm heading out on the porch now, to have a smoke...Shame on me! :)
