It is all there in a single morning.....

Aubade (A song of morning ) In life's abrasive noise and clamor I seek out a new calm and quiet At this peaceful hour of morning I must find ways to extend it Hearing waking birds in flirtation I yearn to be seduced by music Sun rays embracing and strong I need their vitamins for breakfast From fresh moisture of morning I drink a full cup of nature's tea Absorbing early day's warmth I am cleansed of all cold sin Finally a new and whole man I am undaunted and unbeatable And I will take all of it with me I know not how or why - just do!
