At the Airport

Watching people arriving at the huge airport
Allows appraisal of those catching flights and
The ones dropping off ticket holder on the go

Being neither my eyes took in the whole scene
Darting from this one to that and the girl in red
Who knew she was a showing off visual target

My award goes to each wheelchair traveler
Who have plane travel down to a real science
The totally dependant ones and accepting it

Notable are two women doing it by themselves
Never expecting male strength they work at it
Gaining my respect and that of the employees

Most obnoxious were the rapid fire talkers
Ones acting as if they are royalty and by law
Entitled to VIP treatment in an annual outing

Booked on one important plane a family of
Five with kids from three to eight and each
So neatly mannered I longed for a camera
