After the ball is over
After they've all gone home
Two lines from an old song make
us wonder just what did happen
.....after the ball was over
did they all go home..... doubtful
If there were at least teen-agers or
two in their twenties chances are
they didn't go home immediately
Being young is a time indescribable
but only to those of us who are
well over the hill
Fascinating is watching young
persons doing their things
dancing sports cycling whatever
they're good at what they do
and why not - it's made for them
I should write a book about them
but now all I have is the title -
