The greatest threat to your health is reading about diseases and the side effects of the medication.

Poem Artwork

AVOID IT IF YOU CAN

This new disease
has no symptoms
so if you're a pessimist
you'll probably suspect
you might have it
On the other hand
if you're an optimist
you'll be sure you don't

The problem is
if you think you might
but you don't
and worry yourself to death
you're no better off
than having it and
being convinced you don't
either way may be fatal

The best thing
is not to have it
and be sure you don't
On the other hand
if you do suspect
you've got it
and you really have
Then you DO have a problem!
