she comes to school with a smile on her face

she'll never make you feel out of place

you tease and taunt and make her mad

you tell her she will never be perfect

because of you she'll never feel worth it

you hear the rumors and dont believe them

she always says life is a gem

she laughs, all the time for no reason

she says sweet things to me every season

they zoom right past her in the hall

they push her arms making her fall

they hold her down grabbing her arm

them not knowing their doing her harm

they pull up her sleve and let out a sound

she looks at the faces hovering around

people start to shed some tears

i cant believe after all these years
