POOR ALICE! Sadly, I am neither in Boston nor in a temple of Zen; Instead, I am at your table and grace is not forthcoming: The Hatter is all elbows and White Rabbit's got obsessive. Your brew is broken glass - one sip and I'm bleeding inside! My expression is wide open, blatantly unimpressed; If I stretch my mind far enough, maybe it will become the hole down which to disappear. I am drunk to the dregs - a desiccated dormouse. Now your teapot has run dry, pour me out and Drink Me, why don't you?��

This is a keeper, Kate. You managed to trap life in the middle of a fairytale that bent my mind even as a child. I always felt like I was Alice and all that was happening was happening to me. You wrapped your thoughts around this and stretched it just a little further, making me feel like I was being tugged back into that world of confusion and uneasiness. Great job!!

Nice comparisons here between the fairytale that scared I think every kid to the things you fear most in life. A hard write but you did wonderful justice to it my dear fellow writer.
