This poem has many ontological, nihilistic projections beyond its own two dimensional surface. While on surface it may be humor, but it is philosophical in binding water to so many things. "Water" is the GREAT central metaphor for the amorphous and the amorous at the same time, and those extended images just allow your poem to breathe many interpretations. A GREAT JOB!

I love this comparison between water and love. Did you know that sheep are afraid of "still water?" That's why Christ leads them beside it. I recently read that by drinking bottled water, we are not getting the chemicals we need that come from the tap. Excellent write, Kate. xxxooo

i saw under-the-microscope images recently of good quality water; up close it's floral-looking. The poor quality water looks like sh*t!
Lots of mineral, Highland water, ions and aeons of love await every wet person.... sing in the rain, kate! k
