My computer kept crashing and as it was still under warranty, I called a tech who diagnosed it as over-heating. He sent a new fan. I installed it myself! I was so proud. Just took the cover off the modem, two clips off the old fan and installed the new. Also keep the fan filter clean by vacuuming it. Clean your disks regularly and de-fragment them. Investing in a registry cleaner will never do you wrong as well as a spyware remover. Hope your baby is only suffering from minor problems, Felix and the withdrawals arn't too severe...Lin
How I hate it when my computer crashes. I now keep two, my old slow one and this sporty model so that should I crash, I will still be able to do the little things like read here and keep up on my e-mail. See you when you return, Felix. It is amazing how attached and dependent we become on these machines. Happy New year!
