Just A Walk

Please walk with me a little ways


Hold my hand and I’ll hold yours


Cross the threshold into maybe


Lets open up these mystery doors


 


Let our hearts lead us forward


To the place we’ll call our  own


Whisper in my ear your feelings


Tell me has cupid’s arrow flown


My heart quivers for an answer


Minutes drag at answers unknown


 


I see your smile, you pull me closer


Your voice echoes down in my brain


It says “Can’t you see I need you also”


Ignited passion like a runaway train
