As some of you know I do a little acting and last night I played an extra in the part of a customer for the ladies of the night in a movie called "Trailor Park Boys"...had a ball but thirteen hours in summer clothes in near freezing temps you earn your money...any for anyone who thinks acting is all glory...here is a taste of an average shoot. lol

Lights, Action…Hellooooo

By: Fee

My casting call was five o’clock

I was so excited I couldn’t talk

Wardrobe, make-up, wait for cue

Do the things you’re directed to

Rolling, sound, quiet on the set please

“Action…cut” I heard that sneeze

Summer scene in autumn’s chill

Damn, froze my ass to get a thrill

The fog machines make a seedy city

More props make it look nitty-gritty

Black long-haired lady of the night

Oh yes baby I like it good and tight

A flash of boob and hint of thigh

Mesh stockings with a nylon sigh

Mouth the words but do not talk

Work it baby when you do the walk

Sirens scream and a chase scene too

I’ve been arrested for soliciting you

“COPS” have nothing really on me

I flash the cash they call me Silver Fee

Finally when we have had enough crap

The director shouts “Folks that’s a wrap”

(((Fee))),

What a perfect capture of what it's like "behind the scenes." To get one second of film right, it takes countless repititions - I know, "starred" myself in two music videos (Joe Diffie and Sawyer Brown), as well as Proper Television's "TV Made Me Do It" ("Weather Junkies" episode). Over and over and over - and having the camera THISCLOSE didn't help ... sounds like you had fun. Congratulations, may I have your autograph? =] Well done, Fee!!!

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Fee, hahahahahahaha, you have caught the mood of a shooting set, especially for the extras. I don't care how you cut it - you will freeze your tush off in February doing that July scene. Brilliant work, my friend.

No I didn't know...but you certainly opened our eyes to your world for one great shoot. What fun but yes, its hard work too, but you must enjoy it very much to write this fantastic episode. Well done, that's a wrap, Love, Bonnie

And you wouldn't trade it for the world.
I can hear it in your voice.
You're still bubbling and it comes through.
Now sit in a hot bath and warm those bones.
Take care of you.
