This is about my new home in Lake City, FL. and an attempt at some Irish humor!
I recently moved to a new home and town where lots of exciting activities can be found.
I read the local paper every day to see what's happening along life's way.
The weather is less humid. Cool, refreshing natural springs are near by. They offer a delightful respite for all who pass by.
The golden sun shines in the light blue sky as white clouds drift lazily by.
Peace and serenity abound as nature's bounty is all around.
I love this new place where i live and i'm glad that I came. Perhaps if i keep on writing, some day i'll find, fortune and a small amount of fame!
It certainly seems like a wonderful place to live as we age and want to leave the rat race behind for the possibility of fame and fortune of being a writer.
