The lead poet,
he has more command
than any dog whistle
The firebrand,
she has a whistle
with a bead on one
end and a compass and
temperature gauge on
the other end, flames
point to the Ocean to cool
With an attached braided
kangaroo leather lanyard,
to "come," "release," or "retrieve,"
for "down," "stop," or "WHOA!"
The original coyote whistle with
silver pewter accents for the
upland hunt or field trial, in the
duck blind or goose pit
How did that double-headed
snake get all the
way down there---they just
wind around your ankle ma'am
whack it off!

Fun read; thanks for sharing your wit with us today in the Den! BRAVA; very well done! The pic is cool, too, but I don't know about that snake...I don't care for them...LOL
(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
LOL...excellent write! You are the leader when it comes to firebranded, sensual, thought provoking poetry--good stuff!
