on handmade paper, she is
adorned in mythology
and art garlanded by
a New Delhi artist.
Zigzagging, she will
penetrate your crevice,
coiling up from pigment-stained
paper, while she holds your
cosmic pearl clamped in
her powerful jaws.
Her exaggerated phallic shape
has won a role as your totem,
ride her (uraeus) cobra of wisdom,
symbol of divinity, death, and renewal.
Spit!
