Two authors inspired me to write this poem, John Herlihy, and Ernest Vigil. John gave me the idea from a poem he wrote and Ernie actually died (his heart stopped beating) and he had experiences in Heaven. Ernie said he met the Lord in space as God held the earth in the palm of His hands. That's how big our God is!
Infinity and beyond!
What's beyond all the stars in the sky?
Where does it take us?
Should we stop and wonder why?
Why don't we know what is really out there?
Should we know? Should we care?
Perhaps we will go up to that infinity place someday and look back on earth.
Perhaps we will smile and say, " I recall when I was so small. My thinking was small too, but now if I only knew!"
THAT IS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE THAT GOD GAVE YOUR FRIEND, CERTAINLY IT WAS FOR A REASON...THIS POEM BEING ONE OF THEM.
