of eating and drinking all night long,
everything getting funnier and funnier
until the wee hour and the first yawn.

guitar, a Flamenco man belting out
grievance, sorrows, night and sun,
mixing sweat, tears, wine and blood.

Sun up, it's time to be thinking siestas,
tired body, bless the hanging hammock,
heavy eyelids, more yawns, coming dreams
