Contibution to Mr. Ed's Where's Andy Poetry Festival.
May the gods help us to find him and when we do, that the old english basilisk have a bout of good humor.
Our Den's gracious ladies are invited to participate in the friendly bashing of our lost cousin.

Poem Artwork

My brother Mr. Ed has told me
about a very distant cousin,
a batty one that’s dwelling
across the big Atlantic sea,
from our Plymouth Rock in a
island of people with not teeth.

Oh may! Oh may! Disappeared,
Oh dear Andy…where’s he?
a search has been launched,
and over thousand beds we see
the spoils of love left behind,
yes! is true , our Andy was here.

We found a lot of talkative witness,
he’s considered the dames favorite,
on the run from flower to flower
always like an horny bumblebee,
leaving many moaning in the dark,
even an old goat, would you believe?

So, where’s Andy? I hope you could
tell us where that dirty rascal can be,
you can’t missed if he passed by,
he holds his cigar like Winston and Bill
he has his ways inside their boudoirs,
if the ladies don’t smoke…they will!!!!

Could Andy perhaps be the modern day Rip Van Winkle - and he's fast asleep in the arms of the many toothless maidens of his hometown?!

I reckon I should not tell you this,, The Nuns took him in,,, The girlies were getting to him ,, shelter he needed badly. He is now in solitude,, gathering all his thoughts,,,Sister Ann consoles him while smoking her cigar,,, Do not worry, Andy will be home soon a very happy lad.(It is the nuns I worry about)

I knew it, I knew it, tis crazy you are I just saw Andy run down by a damsels' car. Her grin was wide and his teeth were gone. She didn't kill him he's draggin himself home. Alas Alas he's just a clown and Baby Basilisk thinks it's no game as he crawls around with head hanging in shame. Hee hee hee . <Mikii>

Can you keep a secret? Andy is not lost at all. He just now smoked another bedroom. This time it was the toothsome young daughter of the Basilisk (who seems to have lost his sense of humor). So the race is on with Andy leaping from one three-minute stand to the next - and Daddy Basilisk is jumping up and down, red-eyed and flat-footed! Meanwhile - Baby Basilisk has this silly grin ...
