Love to get in trouble

An off the wall poem that a little devilish voice kept nagging me about.
The AD members of female persuasion are going to banshee on poor little me, but the boys should get a kick and the animal lovers should understand...I think.

Poem Artwork

There was a crazy cat that
hadn’t learned how to meow
it would scare you witless
by its growling and its bark,
a furry creature fond of milk
with no Fido confuse that one
a little scrawny two bit Felix
that become Cujo overnight!

There was a crazy little dog
who couldn’t look straight
born which every direction
with its funny crossed eyes,
that little puppy was but weird
meow it was instead of bark!
now and then would catch a bird
and he would purr then, like a cat.

There was a crazy very ugly bird
that will go slithering on the grass
scaring a few snakes on its way
the puppy dog and the scrawny cat,
because a little voice in its head
told him, isn't for you to go and fly,
for any respectable dog to meow,
or for a Felix brother go and bark.

There was a crazy cockeyed snake
on an apple tree with a dumb smile,
conned by the Angel of Darkness
to look for a blond, Adam’s wife,
that was told not to eat these apples
or she would get so very very fat,
being a blond without a mirror, she
eat the snake instead, and that was that!

Dear Georg, you have a great imagination, but you forgot to mention that if Eva ate the apple, she ate not only for her but also for all mankind. Love Emile

There is a fellow named Georg
He lives on the edge of a gorge
In much constant fear
His thinking's not clear
So he's seeing a doctor in Norge

My compliments, Georg; for sharing your wit and humor. Love and peace to you,

Regis
