Just feel like being light-hearted today...
Weight-loss Secret Revealed At Last by h. lena jones I don�t normally reveal secrets Just not the way I am But when a secret is this big And can benefit the masses Pardon the pun I just gotta come right out and share it �Cause, well, I just gotta to do! So, here�s the secret Make sure to visualize and retain An image for each word �Cause there�s no time for pictures� WHITE SUGAR WHITE FLOUR DESSERTS BOOZE BREAD Because it�s a secret You�ll need magnifying glasses To read the revelation Oh, make sure no one else is lookin�� Don�t consume them! Yep! That�s the secret!

Yes, Lena...Refined flour and refined sugar...are the devils. And both are found predominantly in...desserts...booze...and bread! Good write...

I listen to a Christian Radio station, that features Len&Joe, two Pharmacists and Homeopaths...they even develop their own products!

They have the endorsement of The Great Physician...and so do you!!!
