Certainly not worth the paper
it is printed on.
Almost-
theologically abstract.
We grab what it
represents.
Our faith printed
as an aside,
" In God we trust."
We covet
each granite-profiled presidential face
and smoothly maneuver from red to black,
and judge our salavtion by the higher stack
our hope riding
on an indifferent
green back.

Good poem.
I always wonder about those who always hand a negative tag on money. I also wonder what they use to buy groceries with. We don't trade sea-shells any more. [smiles]
