Twas the night before Christmas and everywhere I look I see
There are bell ringing Santa’s laughing merrily with glee.
It causes me to wonder which one of these the real Santa Clause.
Surely he can’t be everywhere at once so this causes one to pause.
There is a Santa on the corner and one outside Wal-Mart.
There is even one inside upon whose lap children sit; their wishes to impart.
There is another on television and one more at Sears.
Imagine my shock when I saw one sipping a beer.
Does that mean Santa puts himself on the naughty list?
Last night my son said he caught his Mommy giving Santa a kiss.
He is dressed all in red with a beard white as can be
And it seems everywhere I go that is Santa I see.
This can only prove he must be magical with his hardy ho-ho-ho.
Somehow he leaves where I last saw him to show up again wherever I go.
