This was meant to be light-hearted. Maybe even comical? I'll let you decide.

*Woke up this morning feeling dazed* *Oh what a way to start your days* *These tired old bones move but with much dread* *Slowly and painfully I crawl out of bed* *I look out the window at the morning sun* *I look in the mirror at what the years have done* *My skin is wrinkled, I have thin gray hair* *I look at what time has done with feelings of despair* *These aching joints of mine protest as I stumble down the stair* *I tell you, friend getting old is really hard to bear* *My sex drive has vanished and my passions are spent* *I’ve done lost my marbles and know not where they went* *These old bones are weary and my muscles are tired* *I almost went to work today but then remembered I’m retired* *I drop into bed at night and close these tired old eyes* *Tomorrow when I awake I will thank God for still another sunrise*

The day your bio picture looks like this little old gent,we'll all feel sorry for you. Oh, the joys of growing old-you've expressed them well and though they make us laugh, there's that uneasy feeling creeping through the old bones as I read this. Good job!

good one Lew and I relate, I think we both need prayers, however we both better laugh at this one because in reality, well anyway like I said before we get to ratting ourselves out during this verse, cheers
