A Ghost in my laptop?

Non Fictional poetry (?)


 



There’s a ghost in my old laptop,
and that is where he’ll stay;
because I never turn it on,
so he is safe away.

Someday maybe I’ll get game,
and find him if I dare.
I’ll plug it in and turn it on,
to see if he’s still there.

Now I own a desktop,
and feel safer than I did.
but I’ll always keep my laptop,
because it has a lid!

Really cute! I've never used a laptop. I think I would feel inhibited on a witty-bitty thing like that.

Cute...my laptop is old and time worn, it is locked safely away in my filing cabinet at work...I too may return someday to working on the old guy, but for now I enjoy my desktop computer in the comfort of my bedroom. Great write...loved the humor.
