Me and my corn broom
Were out and about
Six or more inches
Of snow fell out-
-Side, it is pretty
And wonderfully fluffy
As long as I don't have
To drive in it
It's lovely
So I sweep it this way
And then the other way too
I am an old fashioned
Snow blower with
Dollar gloves on, it's true
So if you see me sweeping
Don't think I am a loon
I love to sweep snow
It fits in with being a goon
I like sweeping snow too, Lynn; but sometimes here it's either too wet and heavy or there's too much of it. Thanks for sharing this delightful poem. Love and peace to you,

This is at a perfect beat and to the point, i love it-and I LOVE snow:)
No snow in the NJ area yet this year, at least not in my part of Jersey, though at least one snowfall would be more than welcome...may be if you sweep with a little more gusto it will blow this way...? ;) Ed & Rufuz

I love being in the snow and I like to shovel too so a loon or goon yes. We have not had much this year yet just soooooooooooo cold. I so enjoyed the pic and poem.

Ohhh...my kids so want to build a huge snowman right outside your front door!they are chomping at the bit with coal, carrots and scarves in hand...and I won't be far behind dragging the sledge! Sad to say I have almost forgotten the fun side of flurries...Love your light side Lynn, Panda :)
