Take the ripe ones and bake a loaf...

Poem Artwork

Moaning and groaning
Over ripe bananas
People tell me to
Make banana bread
I have heard of
Taking lemons
And making lemonade
So I followed the
Advice and hey hey hey
No more moaning
And groaning
Because of the smell
Just moaning and
Groaning because
It tastes so well
Go ahead and
Moan and groan
About these verses
I don't care
If it involves curses
Swear at me
I really don't mind
I'll eat my bread
While you be unkind
Take your frustration
Over my lame poetry
To the bank
And deposit it
Eagerly

My wife has these overly ripe bananas in the freezer waiting to be involved in banana bread. She says the black ones make the breast bed..er..best bread. What do I know. BTW is that deposit you're talking about to be placed 'where the sun don't shine'? You keep writing and I'll keep smiling.
