Dinny-Dim-Wit

William's Favorite toy.  I wonder, as much as Mama and Daddy played with it I thought it was for them the night of the big Christmas party at our house.

The neighbors played with it.  They would knock it down and it would bounce right back up.  Those were the good old days, When a party was a party and a dollar was a dollar.

I got an Amos and Andy doll. We Got a Red Flyer Wagon to pull William around in.  Parents were smart then.  They bought toys to help us baby sit each other.  Joy always got something frilly.  We all had plenty of fruit.

The adults did not know  that we were spying on them or did they? 

Santa got Cake and Coffee.

After Christmas Dinny was deflated.   
Then in the trash he went

There seemed to be much more joy and anticipation in Christmas' Past. Our 'little things' were much more meaningful to us; almost sad how Christmas Tree celebrations have become.(not to be confused with the True Christmas Celebration)
