breakfast so much confort in the warm breadrolls under sheets of cheese lunch in the fish soup snorkeling for shrimps surfacing the white wine dinner a lamb bleeding greek god in the kitchen sun swimming in the wine

Oh man, can I come over for lunch, Unnur? Icelandic seafood and a table companion who writes from her Scandinavian secret heart. I can smell the sea air. Take a shrimp and write about it in the manner of the Chinese watercolourist who can conjure magic from the simplest things like cherries on a branch.

If I were a gourmand, I would would enjoy eating this way, or better everyday.
