Tale Of The Eyelashes

This really did happen
to me years ago....
It comes to show you..
Never tell a lie for
you just may get caught...lol
I hope you enjoy this...






~ Hitched A Ride ~
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~



Back when I was in my teens,
When I met this handsome guy..
Often he would tell me
How much he adored my eyes.

~*~

He stated that I reminded
Him of bambi,
With my eyelashes being
So dark and long...

~*~

I felt so insulted when he
Asked if they were real,
I responded by saying Hey,
These lashes do belong to me..

~*~

We were parked by the lake
Making out,
Things really got pretty
Darn heavy And wild...

~*~

Suddenly he looked at me
In a kind of strange way.
As he broke out with this
Big huge smile...

~*~

Still thinking that
I was all that,
I smiled back and kept batting
My beautiful dark eyes...

~*~

Suddenly, I needed to use
The ladies room,
As I said that I would
Be right back...

~*~

Much to my horror when
I looked in the mirror,
On my left eye, a part of
the lashes were sticking
Straight up in the air...

~*~

Feeling so humiliated
Because I had told a lie.
I ran so fast and far,
Finally I hitched a ride.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~





For the record;
No I never seen him again...lol
