The monkey says…

There was once this old lady, who lived in a shoe
She had three little kittens
And a monkey from the zoo
So you see, these kittens one day
Came out to play
And one lost his mittens too
So the monkey says…
Hey little kitten what’s wrong with you?
I’ve lost my mittens,
And don’t know what to do?
So the monkey says…
Now listen carefully
And I will tell you what to do
See the other two kittens
When one of kittens takes off there mittens to go over to play
Run over and take your mittens
But then you must run away
So the little kitten took his mittens
Took off and never came back that day
So now there was two little kittens
And one was crying
Coming the monkeys way
What’s wrong with you little kitten?
I’ve lost my mittens
And I don’t know what to do?
So the monkey says…
Now listen carefully
And I will tell you what to do
See the other kitten
When he takes off his mittens and goes over to play
Run over and take your mittens
But then you must run away
So the little kitten took his mittens
And ran far far away
So now there was only one kitten
He was crying with a very sad face
So the monkey says…
What’s wrong with you little kitten?
I’ve lost my mittens and I don’t know what to do?
So the monkey says…
Now listen carefully
And I will tell you what to do
See, the other kittens
Have stolen mittens
They are playing a game with you
So you must run away
Far far away
Until you find the kittens
Who stole your mittens?
That belongs to you
So the kitten took off
And never return that day
Later that day, the old lady came out of the shoe…
Hear kitty kitty kitty…
Hear kitty kitty kitty…
Huh! The old lady went
Wondering where her kitties took off too?
Hey monkey!
Have you seen the three little kittens?
Playing with their mittens?
So the monkey says…
I didn’t see anything
I didn’t hear anything
And no one said anything to me
No! No little kittens with there mittens
Playing around me
So the old lady return back to the shoe
Wondering what to do?
So the monkey says…
Now listen carefully
And I will tell you what to do…!
