The anguished plea of a separated soul mate
Heart and Soul: One Last Dream (Authored and Recited by Richard Lee Orey) O, Dear Heart There never can be another You are my heart and soul The hurt of being alone Lingers as time stands still My need a growing pain Your love my only fill The memory of your company Watches over my aching soul The absence of your loving heart Leaving a vacant hole I search my deadened mind To know again your joyful love No way on Earth to compensate Your love now up above O, the angels in God's Heaven Know the secret of your role For there never can be another You are my heart and soul There never can be another You are my heart and soul How to know God's will is done When my ache remains so strong Every moment of every hour Tells me where you belong And so I beg for mercy And the pleasure of your life Resurrection and renewal As my first and only wife I ask for one last dream To hold you close once more And breathe with you as one As we enter Heaven's Door O, the angels in God's Heaven Know the secret of your role For there never can be another You are my heart and soul There never can be another You are my heart and soul Richard Lee Orey Copyright 2011 > Click "Share" above to share with a friend.

Oh Richard,
