The moon and the stars
in the night time sky
Invite me to join them
Invite me to fly !
I close my eyes
and great wishes I make
Then slowly rise
and leave in my wake
Fireflies and moonbeams
objects that shine
and off through the night
leaving good sense behind.
I pass by a dragon
with stars in her eyes
I pass by a princess
who sits there and cries.
The magic I feel
as I fly through the air
makes me glad that I listened
That I took up the dare.
You know... I once had a dream that I flew... it was like an out of body experience..it was pretty amazing...the freedom.. the joy..the peace... Great write!!!
