The weather is becoming a huge powerplay lately that even the best weather guru can predict. Man has angered nature by the selfishness of interests and the hatred of one another. The more we war the more pollution takes abother bite at nature. Who suffers? Those in Florida were the latest victims of nature's fury. She's mad as Hell and I can't blame her. We should all band together, stop the hatred of one another because, this world is doomed. It's a Universal problem and mankind is more stupid today for wasting time and energy with each other's selfishness. My grandchildren may not live to see the world as I once saw it.
Thanks for allowing this vent .Someone needs to do something to get people motivated.

The forces of Mother Nature are fierce when the mood hits her and perhaps it is also to remind us that we should never take her for granted. Like Global warming signs we continue to ignore then wonder about our shifting weather patterns. We will continue to always be on the alert to Mother Nature's mood swings and this poem is a good reminder of that./

Enjoyed this deeply empathetic and compassionate write. Very difficult not to feel what those folks in Florida went through but empowering to watch them pull together as a community in face of the tragedy. I loved it when the minister whose church structure was destroyed said the building might not exist any more but come tomorrow the church would be there holding service.
