miss josie wooten has put me up to a task,
that's to describe myself...my, what a lot to ask!

well, let's see...i'm five feet three, give or take an inch,
weigh one hundred seventy pounds...don't you DARE pinch! :)

i have a short short haircut, eyes and hair brown,
i don't smile much...so people say that i frown,

teeth ain't in the best of shape, the dentist i fear,
(also spiders, tight spaces, storms that go severe),

i wear thick coke bottle glasses on my face,
have a southern (yankee) accent (just a trace),

i have arthritis, so i walk with a cane,
though i have it, it don't have me, 'cept for pain,

i'm a cashier, i've been at my job for five years,
dedicated employee...wish they'd pay more...hear?

read a LOT...i'm an avid, rabid bookworm,
love to write...'course y'all know that, needed to confirm,

i love cajun, country, and broadway music shows,
can't play no instruments, 'cept for the stereo, :)

'course y'all KNOW i'm a twin...i'll always love my sis,
i love cats, but can't have them where i live (boo! HISSS!!), :)

i love God, because He means everything to me,
and i thank you for reading all my poetry!! :)
