Dear Jude,
It's so easy to slip into the usual phrases in order to express our appreciation for your talent. Words like 'beautiful', 'meaningful', 'powerful', 'passionate' etc. come to mind. All I can tell you is that you have that rare gift that allows you to express in such a way so as to grab the imaginations of those who read your poetry. I often find myself thinking 'If only I could express it that way' but this is your gift and we are but admirers. I will always love your work.

This fizzes and crackles with a live and static electric that smoulders... seems a little heat and energy transferral goes a long way! Burning the midnight oil seems more than acceptable in this instance and a great way to unwind after a long day's work.
