Transcendentally romantic...I see visions of it!
(Love is the cradle of unknown moments
Overflowing with the intrigue of impassioned bodies
Love is the skylight to life
Surviving the world's embrace)
"Love is the cradle of unknown moments"... it most certainly is. Stunning! Walking the dog in the dark will never be the same again... now I know what the wet tongue was all about... and her wagging tail, but of course! :)) Kate xx

Oh that first line is absolutely beautiful! There are as many interpretations of love as there are people, for each love is utterly unique-thus it's treasure whether lost or found. Very fine, Jude...Lin
Jude, I'm relating to every word in this Big time! especially at the moment. My new Love has stirred feelings I thought were long dead, one's, I cannot express in written form at the moment, still riding the tide, lol. I think you've gone some way to giving life to my feelings, Thank You Jude. Top write my friend.
Jude this is simply spectacular. I'm experiencing such love and can relate all too well. It is all this and even more...but then what would love be if not undefinable? It causes lovers to constantly strive for expression and to be found somehow wanting. Your poem goes as close as it is possible to go.
Thanks for sharing your brilliance.

I love the visual array you captured "LOVE" wonderful, creative, and masterful work.
"...skylight to life..." Speaking of love. . .:) Thank you for helping to keep romance alive. To think of life without it. . .I, like, you, cannot bear the thought. "It is the passion growing in eyes/and the power of its momentum." Encore! Encore!! 'Pea' <3
Sherry sums it all up for me Robert !
Love is really indefinable and elusive, however you quantify it as beautifully and mysteriously as near possible in this celebrated write

This is uplifting, warm and gorgeous! I have read many poems defining, explaining, attempting to capture love and its existence (well as much as it can be captured through words), but I think you have pushed the envelope! Your first two lines and this: "It is the fiery contours of lips
Being sucked on by devoted freedoms" are exceptional in their multidimensional meanings!

It seems nearly impossible to define love in words, since it is a state of constant growth and change of emotion. Even though we give it away, somehow we still retain 100%. We can know love even with people who don't accept our love or love us in return. We can love an object as much as a living-breathing thing. Love is allusive in so many ways, yet it seems to be such a solid state, at times, as well. You have done an excellent job in using your mastery of language to describe this chameleon emotion, Jude, tying up the strings that usually leave love to be loosely explained, you have secured it into a tight package somehow leaving room for the readers own personal interpretation and interaction. Wonderful work!
Take care,
Sherry
some many varied allusions on the nature of love, which does indeed require some serious definition considering how its usage is bandied
