Defiant Delivery

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I cannot wait to touch the stars again
And flee this planetary magnetism
Feeding me with solitary kisses of betrayal
Surrounding me with unfaithful intentions of love
I will not hesitate to remember
The form I once knew
And refashion all the dreams
Molecule-bending within my eyes
And renew the convictions of astral assurances
Devoid of earth prone desires
And attract the outer mysteries
Flourishing within a lighted tomb
Growing in the air of thought
Floating upon liquid hopes
I will never venture into the realm of doubt
I would rather shout
My way back into the oblivion
Where everything was conceived as a unruly vision
And resurrect my impulse to fight my way out
Of tyrannical its grasp
I would rather just send this impromptu dispatch
Back to where it came from
And smile into the defiant face of its delivery
Powerful write that can be read more then one way. It feels uplifting towards the end. A new strength gained through experiences that are not always fun. Great write.
Sensibly interpreted, a medieval premonition, character readings based on the Sun sign alone definately indicate tendencies in this nature when considered with the whole planetary pattern for a given moment of birth, "And renew the convictions of astral assurances." Astrology originated centuries before first man thought to record his observations of the stars--->and those "wandering stars," the planets, and the Moon--->in relation to their positions and periodic return to similar points in the heavens with life on Earth. Curious psychological Defiant Delivery through the Zodiac and above all, "I will never venture into the realm of doubt." We cannot ignore the possible existence of a substratum of unconscious experience which springs forth ideas for directing and controlling the many natures of our dreams and desires progressing into the blueprint of design.
A lofty write, Jude, venturing out of this world's realm to where you can flourish and grow. I like the thought of your smiling into the face of doubt and betrayal, telling them to go to ****!! Excellent!!
Peace. Joyce
It is comforting to know that when the craziness of the earthbound take us into realms we do not wish to inhabit, that there are other planes where we can rest or weary soul, cast out the bitterness and refill the emptiness with the refreshment of a higher force and a greater truth. We humans can be so mean-spirited and so heartless, it is wise to remember that this is just one journey of many we will take in our lifetimes and that it is up to us to try to bring a little light and understanding to this planet. Wonderful work, Jude.
Take care,
Sherry
As again you write to us of the other planes of existance that you allow your mind to travel in we sit awed at the magnitude of your vision. Someday I too hope to reach the level of consciousnous and light that you travel so gracefully in and join you on one of your journeys.
Whoa! Jude, a little in your face mild rant this morning from the poet of Zen. Not one thing wrong with feeling the blues, man.
"air of thought" these days is pretty hard to breathe, Jude.
Wonderful, inspired write herein. Magnetism does seem to be a key player in the cosmic order of things...
Peace and Blessings,
Wonderful. I wanted to say too, that I finished your poetry book. It is a beautiful collection of your work, and the title is perfect for what it contains. I hope you sell many, many copies. It is nice to have a selection of your work in one place to reread again and again. A fan...
