~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Everyday, he greets the morning
With an impromptu poem
Spoken through his bedroom window
Like a spontaneous sonata
Sailing through rainstorms’ thunderous embrace
Or riding upon sunbeam’s dreamy awakening
Never writing down a single word
Or concerned with conceptual aura
It is a gift poem
Given to an unseen audience
A small gesture of comradery
To the invisible world of idea
Awwww.... now this is Special... You are like some poetic Tarzan who beats his breast most tenderly and whispers his telepathic morning greeting to the urban civilisations of idea and the heavenly throngs of inspiration that gather outside and wait - like the fairies by Peter Pan's front door! :)) And, now you've said "Good Mornin, Neverland!" the world is fully awake. Bit better than my normal first utterance - usually an expletive deletive followed by "... is that the time??!" Keep on with the spontaneous eruptions, Poetic Pavarotti; e bello. LOL Kontralto Kate xx
If only I'd written down all the ones that come to me upon awakening....
I suspect you've reached so many who feel this way.
To "air" our thoughts probably has more power than we might imagine. Words scattered onto the wind left for those to find who truly seek their message, like wildflower seeds randomly tossed, left to find their own place to root, grow and bloom. We are not here to live within our egos, but to share what we know and who we are with all of the universe. Without each one of us, everything would be completely different. Deep, rich and timeless poem, Jude, a truly exceptional read.
Take care,
Sherry
Every morning is inspiring to the poet
Every morning his hand itches for the plume.
So he may may scribe all thats new
before his inward vision.
Thanks for sharing Robert
Reading the lead poet is a magnetic thing...a creative force...the friends that read you, Jude, are the ones you move toward, and we want to sit in the blueprint of your radius, as it does us good, like ultraviolet rays...when we read you, it lets us unfold and expand, ideas begin to grow within us and we come to life...I offer you these words as a small gesture of comradery...
